By placing the domestic vessel of a teapot amidst an emerald-drenched, static-charged tempest, the imagery invokes an ancient, cyclical grief. The act of pouring becomes a blind libationan elegant but powerless offering to the unyielding earth. Through deep green tones and the jagged tear of lightning, the canvas captures the moment civilized order dissolves entirely into the mythic abyss of the subconscious.
